You can 'opt out' of the extended download option via the product order page and it will automatically recalculate your cost to the $14.95 price. Do you offer a Money Back Refund Policy?

What software is required to view your forms?
A valid working version of Microsoft Word. Another program that could be used would be Office Suite, a Word-like program. The files that we do provide you are in .doc format and completely adjustable including erasing or removing any indication of our company name and details filled in per each template. One of our forms was created as a .png file which can be easily edited using Adobe Fireworks. How long will it take for my forms to arrive?
After you have made your purchase, you will receive an email message containing a link for your download.
